Job Title 01: 4 No. Engineers

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the project Resident Engineer (RE) in engineering design review, repackaging of detailed engineering designs, and supervision of infrastructure improvement works.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Resident Engineer (RE) and Assistant RE to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Assist in allocating resources such as manpower, equipment’s, and materials effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
Overseeing the day-to-day activities on the project site to ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure that the project meets the required standards and specifications
Tracking the project progress against the established schedule and budget.
Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and any changes to the project scope or specifications.
Prepare drawing designs for project manually and/or by aid of appropriate computer design software.
Prepare as-built drawings using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Civil3D or other recommended software.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.
Contract Supervision and Administration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Registered graduate engineer with EBK.
Knowledge of relevant engineering software.
Have experience in construction site management.
Strong communication and project management skills

Job Description:

In this role, the administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Responsibilities:

Managing accounts for overall RE office logistics support.
Organization of general files and records.
Assist in correspondence with the Head office.
Maintenance and recording of project documents/files.
Ensuring collection and delivering documents as required
Management of RE office petty cash.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the RE.
Actively engage in knowledge sharing and also improve your professional skills

Qualifications:

Professional training in accounting (Degree, diploma or CPA), Business administration, Business Management, Administration, Front Office, Nutrition or any other related field and flair for detail.
Over 1-year practical experience in Finance and Administration department
Experience in office administration.
Proficiency in Computer applications, especially Ms Office
Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication
Experience in any computerized accounting system
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Job Title 03: No. Environmentalist

Job Description:

The Environmental Expert will be responsible for supporting the Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Engineer (ARE) in conducting environmental assessments, update ESIA reports, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

Developing and facilitating implementation of Site-Specific Health and Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and the Traffic Management Plan for the project.
Conducting internal trainings to workers and management on health and safety practices.
Carrying out safety induction for new workers and redeployed staff.
Atten Kick off and Introductory meetings with the client.
Analysis of social baseline situation
Focused group discussions with settlement community member.
Analysis of the expected social impacts and prepare measures to mitigate them.
Attend Monthly Site meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
Over 1-year practical experience in Finance and Administration department
Experience in conducting environmental assessments and preparing reports.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Title 04: 2 No. Surveyors

Job Description:

The Surveyor will be involved in conducting land surveys, prepare survey reports, and provide support for infrastructure planning, design review and construction.

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up survey equipment and maintenance
Assist in establishment of Ground Controls (GPS and Traverse Controls); Differential Leveling for determination of elevations above sea-level; Topographical Surveying to be utilized for design purposes
Data processing using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Confirmation of levels as submitted by the Contractor
Participate in data collection
Confirmation of topographic survey, boundary survey, construction layout survey and as-built survey
Confirmation of marking reference points and layouts
Keeping survey equipment regularly checked for accuracy.
Assist the ARE implement the approval system for the works
Bring promptly to the ARE's attention all problems or defects encountered.
Any tasks assigned from time to time by the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
Experience in land surveying and mapping.
Proficiency in surveying equipment and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in diverse environments and terrain

Job Description:

The Community Liaison will be involved in facilitating communication between the project team and the local community, address community concerns, and ensure community participation in the project in addition to ensuring that the construction project proceeds smoothly while respecting the needs and interests of the surrounding community.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain regular communication with residents, businesses, and community organizations in the vicinity of the construction site. This includes attending community meetings, hosting information sessions, and establishing channels for feedback and dialogue.
Ensure the local Community is well informed about the construction project and the impact of the project to the community.
Identify key stakeholders within the community and seek their input on any environment concerns issues.
Act as a point of contact between the community and the project stakeholders.
Collaborate with the construction team to implement measures to minimize the impact of construction on the surrounding community.
Assist to respond to emergencies or unforeseen events that may occur during construction.
Enlighten the community on the benefits of the project.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Community Development, or related field.
Experience in community engagement and liaison work.
Knowledge of community development principles and practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with diverse groups

Job Title 06: 2 No. Health and Safety Experts

Job Description:

The role of Health and Safety Expert will be to support the project Resident Engineer (RE) in implementing health and safety measures on-site, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities within construction site.
Ensure that workers make use of necessary protective equipment like helmets, hand gloves, welding shades, etc., where and when necessary
Investigate accidents and near misses, and tackle their causes.
Take note of workers’ safety concerns and immediately acts on them.
Arrange training programs on safety measures within the workplace.
Develop plans for emergency procedures with the consent of the Resident Engineer of the workplace.
Receive and act on reports regarding safety concerns from workers within the construction site/workplace.
Serve as a link between workers and top site management when it comes to issues that have to do with the safety and proper organization of the workplace.
Introduce measures that will help curb accidents within the workplace.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications:

Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
Experience in implementing health and safety protocols on construction sites.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and risk management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Title 07: 2 No. Technicians

Job Description:

The role of the technician will be to provide technical support for the implementation of infrastructure works, including installation and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and reviewing of as-built technical drawings in civil 3D.
Carry out day to day inspection of works.
Assist in preparation of daily progress reports
Assist in checking on quality of works and ensure that the work is executed as per the technical specification and construction drawings.
Provide feedback on any details from site for incorporation into as-built records.
Assist in making observations on Contractor’s progress
Consult with the RE on matters outside your scope to allow the RE to take action.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering Technology or related field.
Experience in material laboratory support roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of relevant technical procedures and equipment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment
